Keenon T10 in Action: How a Service Robot Saved a Wedding
Sometimes the best stories are unplanned. At a wedding for 120 guests in a castle hotel in Lower Austria, a waiter cancelled last minute. The Keenon T10, originally booked as an attraction, suddenly took on real service duties.
What Happened
The couple had booked the robot as a surprise for their guests. When a waiter dropped out, the catering team put the T10 to work. It delivered desserts and drinks to tables while the remaining staff focused on main courses.
How Guests Reacted
Guests loved it. Many assumed it had been planned that way from the start. The robot became the photo star of the evening. The couple later told us it appeared in more wedding photos than the best man.
On the Technical Side
The Keenon T10 can carry up to four trays at once and navigates autonomously between programmed stations. For the wedding, we set up eight table positions. The robot performed flawlessly all evening.
