Checklist: Preparing Your Event for a Robot Deployment

To make sure your robot deployment runs without a hitch, here is the checklist we use internally.
2 to 4 Weeks Before
- Choose and book the robot model
- Send us your logo and display content
- Clarify venue details: floor surface, accessibility, power sockets
1 Week Before
- Confirm deployment times and on-site contact person
- Ensure Wi-Fi access for the robot (if required)
- Discuss driving routes or table positions
On Event Day
- 30 to 45 minutes before start: setup and training by our team
- Brief the on-site contact person
- Test the robot and double-check routes
After the Event
- Collect feedback. What went well, what can be improved?
- Save photos and videos (for social media)
